Only members (regions, municipalities) are required to pay the membership fee in the Alliance. Considering that the future network will be open to membership of various entities – the national and regional level to the local level – on a proposal from the County of Međimurje / Croatia the membership fee will consist of two components – a fixed and one variable:
- Fixed amount determined based on the GDP of the member
- Variable amount determined based on the number of inhabitants of the member (from € 0.0021 to € 0.0030).
