This week (XII) Euroregion: Pomerania (projects)

Initiated by the Development Concepts and Measures and implemented to date under INTERREG IIIA and INTERREG IVA in the Pomerania Euroregion project made a significant contribution to achieving the objectives of both economic development and improvement of cross-border organization and cooperation in the Pomerania Euroregion.

The updated Pomerania Euroregion Development Concept and Action is intended as a basis for further processing agreements among all actors in the region and relevant national and European authorities. Of particular importance here is the cross-border cooperation of Polish and German citizens, governments, institutions and enterprises to eliminate the weaknesses arising from the peripheral location of the region and to improve the quality of life for its residents.

In preparing the document existing studies, guidelines, documents and datasets of European Union, Federal States of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and Brandenburg and Polish (Western), Euroregion POMERANIA and its member municipalities will be taken into account.
