The governing bodies of the Association are: General Meeting (Assembly) of Members; Board of Directors; Audit Committee. The term of office of the Board and the Audit Committee is for four years. Members of the government can be elected twice to the same position, unless otherwise decides the General Meeting of Members. The Board has the right to co-opt new members in place of the resigning members, provided that the number of co-opted members of the government can not exceed 1/3 of the number of elected members. Resolutions of the authorities simple majority of votes in presence of at least half the number of people entitled to vote, unless further provisions of the statute does not provide otherwise. In case of equal number of votes at the second ballot the deciding vote. Elections to the authority is held by secret ballot.
