The Working Community aims at fostering cooperation across borders within its competence and to support members towards their respective central governments / federal and inter-regional and international organizations, to strengthen the awareness of common responsibility for the Alpine environment, to promote contacts between the peoples and citizens, to strengthen the position of the states, regions, provinces and cantons and to contribute to European integration.
